Aidan Hutchinson remains convinced: Lions still see their Super Bowl window open
Detroit fell short of expectations in 2025. Aidan Hutchinson still believes the Lions remain in a Super Bowl window.
Detroit wants to put the setback in context
The Detroit Lions entered 2025 with major expectations but fell short of their goal. Aidan Hutchinson does not see that as a reason to question the direction. The defensive end believes the Lions are still in a window to compete for the Super Bowl.
Hutchinson himself delivered a strong season, setting career highs with 14.5 sacks, 54 tackles, 14 tackles for loss and 35 quarterback hits. He also earned another Pro Bowl selection and remains the engine of Detroit’s pass rush.
His workload will still matter. Hutchinson wants to stay on the field in big moments, but targeted rotation could help keep him fresher over the season.
Detroit does not want to start over – Detroit wants to respond.
